Greek Vinaigrette
- 1/2 C olive oil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 large clove of garlic minced
- 2 tsp each of crushed dried oregano and mint
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
